"Nice hotel, beach view room was lovely and very spacious and the view of the sea (once the mist cleared) was great to wake up to."

"Apart from the pillows being too thick, for me. Disabled access not working, and the steep hill, we quite enjoyed our stay. All the staff were so helpful. "Hotel is a bit tired. One lift out of order made the other two very busy at times. In our room, the light when you entered the room wasn't working and no matter what we did with the heating controls the room never seemed to warm up. The shower control was very stiff to turn off. Lots of mould around the window reveals. In the glazed area where the bar was, you can see where some panes have leaked and there is corrosion and paint peeling. Staff were friendly."
