「We received a call asking what time we were coming as they wanted to make sure someone was there when we checked it. When the sign said someone would be there until 9:30. When we arrived we had to call and then the guy walked us to the room. He said he just shampooed the floor which was confusing as to why. 「Maybe because it's a resort price, but it was too expensive. It's worth $170. In the room, there was no space for luggage or a table other than the beds. Only one of the three lights in the bath space was on. There was heavy resistance in opening and closing the bathroom door. Even if the pool was dim, no lights were on. The only thing I was happy about was that the women at the front were very nice.」

「The location was good, the pool & hot tub were awesome, and the room was okay but not worth nearly the price they charged ($999.58 for two nights). They also would only take a deposit upon booking and I had to pay the rest at the resort (so they could charge me over $70 more than Expedia quoted as the final price including taxes). We had a great time but I don't think underhanded dishonesty with pricing is the way to gain repeat customers.」
