We were on the third floor Pool view in the elevator was broke the entire week. Although the guys at the desk we’re more than helpful to carry luggage up to the third floor I think when you have seniors checking in, you should take that into consideration before you put them on the third floor.

Shampoo conditioner and soap were all the exact same thing, as well as the hand soap. The staff was really nice, and the A/C worked really well. The comforter in our room had a couple stains and rips but we had them promptly changed out as soon as we noticed.

Advertising breakfast but only on weekdays. Linens in rooms looked like they were 30 years old and threadbare Has a pool but opened to public until 6 pm when only guests can use. Will never go here again.

The location was good, the pool & hot tub were awesome, and the room was okay but not worth nearly the price they charged ($999.58 for two nights). They also would only take a deposit upon booking and I had to pay the rest at the resort (so they could charge me over $70 more than Expedia quoted as the final price including taxes). We had a great time but I don't think underhanded dishonesty with pricing is the way to gain repeat customers.

Our room had mold. The elevator was out of order, had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. No help from management. Breakfast had no hot food only muffins and donuts and cereal. No parking at all. Even for our golf cart.

Despite completing documents online, the check in process took a few minutes. Other than that, the staff was great as usual, and everything was smooth and easy! Room was clean and everything was in order.

Location is great and within walking distance to the Boardwalk. Staff were friendly & helpful throughout our stay. Hotel room and halways were clean. Pool was wonderful before 12pm and after 6pm. It was chaos in between those hours, as outsiders were allowed into the pool, which was dangerously overcrowded. Keeping in mind this was during a peak month (June). Enjoyed my time here but would stay elsewhere next time.

We stayed for one night and the room was terrible the blankets were dirty like someone stepped on them, the AC unit was falling apart and in the ground, the bathroom light did not work at all, toilet paper holder was broken and falling apart, tv barely worked and could not charge our phones, told staff and they said “We will note it down for maintenance” then walked away. Would not recommend staying here not help at all.

The best part about this hotel is the location and pool. If this hotel was located anywhere else, and they did not have a swim at bar, I would be giving them one star. The customer service from one of the girls was dreadful. The golf cart reservation that we made 2 months prior to the trip was not written down or saved. The girl at the front desk did not care at all and did not try to accommodate us or help us in any way. However, the men working there are incredibly nice. The breakfast sucks, with little to no options. They even offer oatmeal and do not provide hot water or bowls to microwave it in. The room had mold in it (304), and upon check in, the room had no toilet paper and BOTH beds were absolutely disgusting with dead skin and hair in the sheets!! There are no phones in the rooms, so you have to walk downstairs to communicate with anyone. Will definitely stay elsewhere next time.

The air condition unit was old and not working causing a horrible odor when first checked in. Feel like house cleaning should've noticed and reported to resolve before check in. However after requesting help, 2nd time around AC unit was replaced entirely.

Don't expect to find parking as there is not much. They should not allow golf carts to park in automobile spots, and that would open some up. I hate the fact we had to wear a bracelet 24/7. It's just a terrible concept for a place that pushes being out by their pool all day, yet will require yet another bracelet once you get in there. Makes no sense to me. The bracelet should be a sign we don't need another bracelet at the pool. Our room was by the elevator and ice room it was incredibly noisy. The bathroom had a shower head that would fall down the pole since it was a handheld one and had a friction holder. The towel pole came apart immediately. Only having bfast during weekdays was messed up in my opinion since I booked based on "free breakfast." Their pool party is the best tho.

The elevator stopped and had us trapped in for 15 minutes. The call button did not work. The manager was rude and unhelpful. She showed zero sympathy or regard for our concern that the call button did not work.
