Apartments in South Austin for Rent

"Clean room, had everything we needed for our stay, property was affordable and in a good location"

"Everything as promised. Great location. "

"For those of us who are used to hotels and in-person B&Bs, Boulevard Stays does a very poor job of explaining how the guest is supposed to deal with them and their property. The property itself is rather shabby and the studio was not well furnished. However the location in Austin's South Congress district, near Lady Bird Lake, was great."

"Great location, just minutes from Congress. Very quiet & cozy, clean. Felt like home away from home. "

"The property was great and located conveniently to the areas we were visiting. Also close by were many food and coffee options we appreciated. I would not think twice choosing this property to stay again."

"Great space and close to downtown. "

"Great place to stay - very close to Barton Springs!"

"Once we figured out the building and the parking garage…it was a “10”! Perfect layout for our needs and great location to get to our Austin relatives. Hope to stay there again soon!"

"Very nice property (new, clean, comfortable, good bed/bedding), great location in Austin, very good communication with host. Would stay here again!"

"Super close to Barton Springs Pool, and so many places nearby that we can bike to. The apartment was clean and nicely appointed. Full size washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets was a nice surprise. Would book this place again on our next family trip to Austin."
