「Overall, great accommodation. Nice place to stay. However, unfortunately we came on a day they had a power issue. We checked in before 1700. After a long flight, with no power, we had no hot water to shower, no lights to see in the room, unable to watch tv, and unable to plug in our devices. The staff was apologetic. We were able to shower at their sister hotel at 2200 after inquiry. Power finally back on at 2300. We moved rooms the following day for our separate booking. Although the staff...

Plenty of options for shopping, eating and sightseeing all readily accessible. 2 minute walk to Red Sightseeing Bus Office and stop made it very easy to get further afield and see other parts of Cape Town. 」
