「It all began with frustrating news that the keys have to be collected from a different address. The property is run-down and feels extremely cheap. The sofa is unusually low, which makes it uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, the foam padding is basically gone—you can literally feel the wooden frame underneath. No cushions.
