"I was looking for a hotel close to the V&A Waterfront where I could walk to the waterfront and feel safe. This hotel fit the bill and I have to say it felt really safe walking the few blocks to the waterfront even when it was dark. Location wise, it was perfect for me. The front desk staff was also excellent. I dealt with a number of them and they were uniformly helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel also serves up a very good buffet breakfast. Highly recommended."

"What a lovely stay. The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking a peaceful beach and the ocean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and took care of me during my stay. The bar and restaurant staff, transport desk, reception staff were all great and made my stay one to remember. I would like to particularly thank the lovely Sonia who looked after me everyday at breakast time, and the spa manager who was also super friendly and helped me during my stay. Thank you all. "Excellent location across the road from the V&A Waterfront. Although we did eat breakfast once at the sister hotel (Victoria & Alfred) which is on the waterfront, we preferred the Manor House for its boutique feel and calm atmosphere. The location is completely safe which enabled us to walk around without concern day or night. Excellent breakfast."
