Vi bodde sex nätter på hotellet. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal, Shameegah i receptionen tog tex kontakt med oss redan innan vår vistelse och hjälpte oss med att boka hämtning på flygplatsen, hon är otroligt hjälpsam, professionell och trevlig. Läget av hotellet är fantastiskt, precis vid strandpromenaden och en hållplats för jump on jump off bussen. Ett trevligt café / restaurang i gatuplan där vi åt frukost samt några ”mellanmål”. Vi kan varmt rekommenderar detta hotell.

Allt jättebra ! Fina rum med härlig utsikt ! Rent och snyggt och supertrevlig personal ! Att sedan frukosten var av högsta kvalité gjorde att vi gärna kommer tillbaka hit.

Pros: Great location, beautiful views, shops & restaurants nearby, heated indoor pool Cons: 6 story hotel, but the elevator only goes to 5th floor & has to carry bags up flight of stairs, roof leaked so there was water/towels in the hallway on rainy days, refrigerator in room was very noisy

The staff were most helpful. We did not like the idea of the bathroom being open to the bedroom. I feel so strongly about it as to say that whoever has designed has no sense of shame or privacy. Othen than this, our stay was excellent. We hope to return to it.

Very kind and accommodating staff. Was able to check me into my room early and let me keep my bags in storage before I checked in and after I checked out while I was waiting to go to the airport. Because the hotel is right next to the ocean the wind is very strong and it can get really loud. I had a hard time sleeping because it can be a little intense/ intimidating at first. I only stayed for one night but if I stayed for longer I think it would have been easy to adjust. There is a cafe in the lobby that has really good coffee and food. Staff is also very kind.

The unit was good, but there were issues with the master bathroom (when showering water spewed into entire bathroom). In addition, the elevator was not working when we were there - walk up to fifth floor every time!

There was no generator which was not advertised on the website so we were without electricity for several hours during loadshedding. The room was lovely and spacious but there was no lift an it was on the first floor which made it difficult for my elderly father to access the room and he actually fell down the stairs as they are quite steep

The booking was done and approval sent, but when I arrived at the hotel, they were fully booked and didn’t have space for. They helped and made an arrangement of a client who left without checking out. They then called me the next day to tell me to move again without any communication about this prior and then once again made arrangements, I wasn’t informed breakfast was included so didn’t go as I thought it was a self catering unit. The staff are very friendly that work night shift but are very understaffed. One person needs to do it all. They managed to accommodate me and I’m grateful for that, they need to fix their internal system so things run smoothly.

Pior hotel que já me hospedei. Ao entrar no quarto, tinha cheiro de mofo e o carpete estava úmido. O ar condicionado não estava funcionado direito.

Old fashioned

There were no air condition in the apartment. Very bad air in the room. We included breakfast, but the breakfast was in acafe next door, so we had to choose from a menu and stay whitin the price og the breakfast. I had expected a buffet. And we waited one hour for the food. Old fashioned hotel that had its peak in the 80’s

The hotel was nice. The views were amazing. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. The only complaint is that airport pick up is not 280R as advertised but 450R and you don’t pay the hotel but the driver. Which was confusing and much more than I would have been willing to pay.

Location is great and the apartment is spacious with a good size kitchen. Bathroom is in desperate need of a refurb. Staff are friendly, pool and all other fitness facilities were not in use at the time of our stay.
