"The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location is wonderful about ten minutes the Kruger gate and ten minutes to shopping mall in hazyview. The food was excellent and the room was clean and well maintained. Our only issue was with the pool area. The deck is in need of repair and the pool had algae on the top so we didn't use it. Other travelers were also very friendly. Would stay again."

"We loved our stay at Mantobeni. The whole experience was very special and unique. Our tent was comfortable and atmospheric and the food excellent. We loved the drives each day and saw some incredible animals and birds. Special shout-out to Brilliant, our guide. He was very knowledge and kind."

"The property can do with a refresh along with the installation of a mechanism to help keep things like the power and internet connection up during the consistent power dips. near impossible to be in any kind of online meeting if it takes 10 minutes plus for the internet to come back after a dip. The team at the hotel are friendly but getting any kind of order to the room takes an inordinate amount of time, in my case 1,5 hours to then still have it be incorrect. On the whole comfortable with notable short comings."

"The rooms were lovely and the staff were for the most part friendly however at this price point the lack of attention to detail was not acceptable. Room snacks were inadequate and not replentished daily. Personal amenities not replenished daily. Food was good but the menu needs work: no pork served (if you want to serve Halal that should be an option, not the norm), one day lunch was all salads but the next no salads, bread served with first dinner but not the remaining ones, Hotels.com amenities do not match hotel website amenities, Cheese platter served without biscuits, some days poolside service but others we had to look for service. I have stayed at other hotels in the area that were better. At the price, I expect exceptional, not ordinary."
