「First day - very nice! Nice breakfast including salmon, nuts, multigrain breads etc, I love it. Kindly staff delivered microwave to my room. Bad point is Waiting room at the air port was closed.
Second day - good. Breakfast became lower quality compared with first day. Reception staff did not listen to me well and ask the same question many times to me. 」
「Overnight stay before safari - we arrived in the dark after a flight delay and had to leave early so unable to enjoy most of the facilities - but the room was clean, great facilities, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (the receptionist even walked me to the nearest restaurant). Great breakfast. Situated just inside gated estate with high security. Only comment on room is the toilet is inside a frosted glass shower enclosure in the room.」

「Beautiful setting, friendly staff. Room was spacious, bed comfortable with a nice solid mattress. Large shower. Everything spotless.
The only small negative was that the only two point plugs in the room were where the bed lamps were plugged into. In this age most chargers of electronic equipment require a two point plug. The room had sufficient normal three point plugs though, if one had known to bring an adapter.
Breakfast was fantastic.
Real value for money from this hidden gem.」

Communication was equally great with both Wilma and Jolene prior to arrival and they were amazingly accommodating when I had issues with reservation at another property for Christmas day and needed to check-in a day early (truly saved the day) 」
