"Lovely people but there was no electricity when we arrived after a long drive (tree brought power lines down) so no hot water and no fridge for the wine we brought. I booked because of the balcony and fridge with the intention of relaxing with a glass of wine after a shower. Instead we had to go to a bar, unwashed, to eat and drink. The power cut wasn’t their fault but there were no solutions suggested to us. "

"We had a problem with our booking due to cancelled flights and the duty manager was so helpful. We asked for a quiet room and indeed the room overlooking the courtyard was very peaceful. "Excellent hotel in Sandton, close to everything you need and with a shuttle. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Only downside - you are advised not to walk around after dark and even get an uber late at night on the dark streets felt a little sketchy. If I am in Johannesburg I would stay here again."
