「The room shown on the app isn’t what we get, literally a downgrade. The noise was unbearable slept at 2pm because guests had a party (more than 10pm), reception refused to deal with it. The staff train in the gym area while guest use the pool or have to go change for the spa. Those guys would stop and stare . Never going back to that place. 」

「場所を誤ったと思います。夜間の廊下や周辺の騒音がひどく寝られませんでした。 そして貴重品の金庫とクーラーは故障、友人の部屋はケトルが故障していてそのまま･･。水も用意されておらず、コーヒーの水を頼んだらレストランにもらいに行ってくれとの返事でした。」

「15時チェックイン。 ホテルズドットコムのプランでは、部屋と朝食付きのプランしかなかったので、チェックイン時に、夕食付きの文化体験を申し込みました。 文化体験は16時30分から約2時間。 それが終わると、夕食付きの人たちはレストランへ行きました。 部屋は、若干老朽化が進んでいますが、部族のコンセプトを取り入れたもので、他のホテルにはないものなのでよかったです。」
