"The location is good, with shops close to the hotel, and there is a small mall and a park nearby. The cleanliness is good, but there was an issue with a blocked water drain in the shower. The check-in was delayed; it was supposed to be at 2 PM, but I was asked to wait and I waited for about two hours. In the end, I was informed that the room was ready, but there were no towels or pillow covers in the room, and they said they would be prepared once the laundry arrived at the hotel. "

"My partner and I were here for 2 days and one night. (Had to be in Pretoria for a meeting monday morning). We arrived early in the morning and spent some time by the pool had a great night sleep then worked from the lounge the following day before heading back home. The staff have been incredibly helpful and attentive! We've enjoyed our stay fully! The Hotel overall is lovely, well looked after. It is however an older hotel so some of the finishings are somewhat dated and could definitely use...
