"This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. It must be a 2 stars boutique homestay instead. Room is too small for 2 king bed. Bathroom is too small with old shower stall. Old furniture and squeaking wood floor. Felt unwelcome by the management. Definitely not happy stay and not recommend to others. "

"Staff were great attitude wise. Room was very large, but the decor not my taste. Specifically booked a room with a balcony and first got given one without. Dinner was terrible. Covid had a big impact on this property. The spa was however amazing."
