「We had a wonderful stay a The Cliffside. Every single member of staff went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible for us. We had forgotten to organise dinner in advance, but the chef on site went above & beyond to cook us up the most delicious vegetarian curry. Not only that, they set up a lovely private dining area in our rooms garden to enjoy it in. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay here and will definitely be back.」

「Very unique guest house, staff extremely service minded, very silent and safe location only a 10 minutes walk away from town square where you find a huge number of good restaurants and cafes. Ø The gym and the pool is not that good but this does not disturb the overall view that this is a fantastic place, i for sure will be back and I recommend」

「A little underwhelming, it's a nice enough hotel, but it's a little dated, the bed was very squeaky and not very large and we weren't impressed with the way we were greeted. First time travelling with our 4 month old so I forgot to put them on the reservation (that's on me for sure) but rather than an understanding, accommodating welcome, we were greeted with an dismissive, accusatory tone that I would not expect from a 5 star establishment that cost over R2000/night. They didn't set up a cot or...

So many dinning options.. the spa is amazing, pool area peaceful and serene.. . thanks to Expedia and Houghton I got every penny of my monies worth.. 「アーリーチェックインについて事前にチャットでのやり取りでは、11-14時は半額、11時前は全額必要と言われて、さらには滞在当日は空き部屋がなくて断念したのですが、到着してフロントで空き部屋を探してくれ、さらには8時からついたのに朝食不要なら半額で良いと言われてお願いしました。 私のわかりにくい日本人英語にも辛抱強く相手にしてくれました。」
