「The unit was clean and updated. My daughter and I both found the mattresses on the bed and the sofa bed to be very hard and uncomfortable. The property would benefit from a proper closet and/or a dresser. we ended up leaving our suitcases open on the floor most of the week.There are also units with a clothes washer, but this one did not have it. I believe I read the description for the other unit in this building and specifically rented from Casa Annalu because I thought there was a washer....

「The accommodation was beautiful and much bigger than I expected. Huge space with TWO massive balconies. Very comfortable bedding and great air conditioning. The communication was awesome. They always messaged quickly & were very friendly. The apartment is clean and has most of what you would need. Lots of storage for clothing & Great hair dryer. The only issue would be the bathroom has a lot of mould & needs attention such as bleaching and possibly re-groute. but it is also understandable...

Our experience was good, except for a couple of issues highlighted below: What we liked: * fantanstic location, literally 50 meters from the main train station at Sorrento, and the bus stop for the Amalfi Coast. 「The Place was clean, but there were several issues with this property and poor service quality. The AC drips water over kitchen floor, WI-FI didn't work the first day, had to use a different account to get connected . Water heater stopped working the last two days of our stay, owner came in and walked in with his dog, tried to fix it but failed, we had to take a ffreezing cold shower, owner didn't respond to the note we sent about the issue the day before we left. I wouldn't recommend this...
