Nice place to stay in Sorrento! We had a beautiful view from our balcony, room was perfect and shuttle was very handy getting to and from main part of Sorrento and port. Shuttle times were a bit awkward but made do. Staff were lovely on reception and very helpful. If you are wanting to stay a bit closer to town this place is a 15 min shuttle away!

Gloria at the front desk was amazing from the moment we arrived! She helped us book our tours and recommended the best places to spend our time in Sorrento. Thanks to her we made the most of our time there & will definitely be back to Sorrento one day!

The hotel was beautiful. The shuttle bus down to Sorrento Center was very convenient (you must prebook with the front desk). The shuttle is free during the day and 2 euros each way at night. From the shuttle the beaches are a little bit of a hike (about 20 min walk downhill but coming back up is rough.) The breakfast was great- loved the pancake/omelette station. Pool area was lovely, you get towel cards and they even did poolside a as activities. The hotel also had a lovely garden restaurant that served dinner a few times a week. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Regina Beach (highly recommend water shoes and bring water).

First and foremost, the staff was outstanding. There was lots of space both inside and out. The food in the restaurant was always very good and service was friendly and efficient. I would stay there again.

We arrived at the hotel and they gave us a room in the annex with a very musty smell, the bathroom valve didn't work so they gave us another room, this room had a very old bed with an inadequate mattress and every day we were greeted at 5:00 in the morning by the noise of employees moving around with carts full of towels.The positive point of the hotel was its location and the reception staff with Francesco from the breakfast room.

It was a great stay only thing that was uncomfortable was the bed. It was supposed to be aaueen be or alike. Instead it was two single beds put together that separated during the night. So we didn't sleep so well. The staff at bar and restaurant were great, very professional and attentive. They made the stay even more enjoyable.The pool was also so nice and clean.

The room and its condition were very nice. But the overall building and property conditions are deteriorating and not being looked after properly. The pictures are not up to date to show the deteriorating outside spaces. The rooftop bar and outside spaces are not staffed for guests to use.

Staff is really friendly . First and foremost thanks to them. Location of the hotel is far from center therefore my only suggestion would be shuttle service could be more frequently.. There is no shuttle between 12 till 22 pm. Beside that everything was great. Thanks cu you again👋

A mixed review. Whilst the hotel was nice, quiet and had good amenities there were some things that left us underwhelmed. The food was very poor. The first night I thought "I'm in Italy, I'll order pasta which should be amazing & fresh". What I was presented with was a lacklustre meal, with processed pasta containing frozen peas & sliced, canned mushrooms. We did not eat dinner at the hotel again. Most of the staff were friendly & helpful but there were some that were very keen to say "not possible" to simple requests. Housekeeping was not consistent. Sometimes they would not replenish coffee, sugar & milk and seemed to totally forget about the balcony until I brought the outside table nearly into the room to remind them. We did enjoy our stay but would not go back due to the lack of attention to detail & the food

I have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never had to ask for conditioner every single day to be given 2 small bottles at a time even though I requested for more, number to reception was not posted in room, had to go ask for an extra pillow as none extra in room, specially reserved room with terrace for stay, none of the chairs and lounge chairs had cushions, small sofa had 1 dirty cushion, they didnt have shampoo and I was told to use bath gel as shampoo, only chair in room has a large dirty stain in seat, empty bottles from showernot thrown away daily when room was cleaned daily, path from anex building to main building very dark at night as no lighting at all. Behind building and viewable from terrace is a bunch of scrap metal and other crap, showers very hard to regulate temperature.

Expérience décevante. Arrivée à 21h, fenêtres grandes ouvertes alors qu’il faisait 11 degrés, la Clim pour tout réchauffer ne fonctionnait pas et pour finir, à 4h30 du matin, descente à la réception car la chasse d’eau fuyait. Ils ne savaient pas où arrêter l’eau donc super la nuit avec de l’eau qui coule tout le temps. Et pas de chambre de libre pour finir notre nuit. Au final, voyez avec HOTELS.com pour nous plaindre. Peut mieux faire pour 200€ la chambre.

votre avis concernant cet hébergement* Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à l’Atlantic Palace Hotel Sorrento. L’endroit est magnifique avec son jardin de citronniers, la piscine, le jacuzzi et les animations musicales en soirée qui étaient vraiment superbes. Le personnel, dont plusieurs parlent français, a été très accueillant et le buffet du petit-déjeuner était excellent. Quelques points négatifs cependant : il n’y avait pas d’eau gratuite dans la chambre, et le barman a refusé de remplir notre gourde, même pour des raisons médicales. Une bouteille d’eau par jour serait la moindre des choses. Aussi, la douche aurait besoin d’être réparée. La chambre était très confortable et la navette vers le centre-ville est bien organisée : gratuite avant 18 h, puis seulement deux euros par personne ensuite. En résumé, un bel hôtel avec quelques petits ajustements à faire.

Estrutura muito boa, quartos ótimos , espaçosos e limpos . café da manhã continental excelente . Funcionários super atenciosos e dão ótimas dicas . o ônibus para o centro de sorrento que precisa ser reservado com antecedência . deixei para reservar em cima da hora e não tinha mais vaga , tive que pegar um táxi . o ideal era colocar mais ônibus a disposição dos hóspedes . De ônibus da uns 5 minutos para o centro de sorrento.

Der Empfang bei der Anreise war sehr freundlich und herzlich. All unsere Fragen, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit, wurden immer ruhig und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Das Zimmer war praktisch, ruhig und sauber. Die Möbel sind allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen wie der Kleiderkasten oder die Kommende. Toll war die Doppeldusche, noch nie haben wir dies in einem unserer Urlaube genießen können. Der Frühstücksraum ist laut, leider. Filzgleiter an der Unterseite der Sesselbeine würde dies dämpfen. Speisenauswahl top! Abendprogramm war super und unterhaltsam. Der Service an der Bar war zuvorkommend, auf alle Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Ein Hotel in das wir sehr gerne wieder kommen!
