「Beautiful accomodation and accessibility. I really could not, or want to, be critical of anything with our stay. The air conditioning was a massive bonus on one of the hottest day of the year and with us bringing our dog, our room had its own patio and direct access onto the gardens , which was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and professional with a superb breakfast. I Would definitely recommend for a special occasion stay.」

「Lovely country pub, with easily accessible rooms with motel-style parking. Only negative with our room (7) was the rain shower with a silly design, no chance of a shower without getting your hair wet - not always ideal for ladies! But nice with a walk-in shower! The cooked breakfast was great.」

「Front door is 5 yards from busy A43. Contacted owner for key code Friday am for Friday stay did not reply till 14.21 Sunday. Builders next door Hammering just after 7 Saturday and Monday. Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. Outside area no parasols cushions left outside dirty and cigarette burn, and a broken chair. Broken glass in cupboard. Very noisy...

"ホテル敷地は素晴らしく期待以上でした。宿泊料も安くドアマンの対応もバッチリでした。フロントの人の対応はビジネスライクでした。 部屋は美しく清潔で広かったです。 ただ、食事が…。 はっきり言えるのは、夕食（トレシャムレストラン）は1人2万円以上でしたが、到底、そのレベルの内容とサービスではありませんでした。 ずいぶん前に予約したにもかかわらず、通路の端のような寒いテーブル、考えたくありませんが、私たちがアジア人だからでしょうか？ 甘すぎるデザートが、なぜか2つも続き、配膳も非常に遅いので、4時間もかかりました。そんな内容ではないのに！ もしこのホテルを利用するなら、トレシャムディナーレストランは避けるほうがいいかと思います。"
