「Amazing suit! Very fancy and with design items! Very clean! Bedding feels like branded new! There is a private entrance and patio what gives a feeling you are in private little house. The sofa turns into the bed. It’s very useful for kids. Also there is a full beach supplement: cart, seats, umbrella, beach bag. This place is highly recommended! I wish come back to stay longer and enjoy it again. 」

「All I can say is wow what a great hotel it was like we were staying in an apartment kitchen and all the pool was small but clean the beach was right across the street they supply you with umbrellas and beach chairs the patio was huge and it was lined so no bugs come in it was a wonderful experience I highly highly recommend if your staying in Bradenton beach Anna Maria Island this place is the place to stay also there hospitality is amazing they actually care about everyone who stays there I...

「商業化されていないTreasure Island の広大な自然のままの静かなシュガーサンドのビーチの美しさが好きな方には最高のロケーションの一つだと思いました。まるで自宅にいるように、くつろげる室内の雰囲気のコンドミニアム・ホテルで、長期滞在にお勧めです。車がないと買物や移動は面倒なシティだとは思います。メキシコ湾の面しており、バルコニーやリビングルーム、キッチンにいながら、サンセットが見事に見えます。リビングルームが広く、フルキッチンで、自由気ままに静かに過ごせ、落ち着けました。ユニット内に洗濯機、乾燥機、洗剤もあり便利でした。私が泊まったユニットには、ビーチに持って行ける、ビーチパラソルや複数のビーチチェアも備わっていました。High Floor を勧めします。数少ない気になった点は、（でも、人によっては、まったく気にならない点ですが）バスタブが浅めなことと、バスタブの材質くらいかと思いました。フロントの方もいろいろ丁寧に教えて下さり、快適でした。」

「Gateway Commons was convenient to my granddaughter's house as well as interstate 75. Just 1/2 hour from Sarasota Airport. Perfect location for our needs. 」

「Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! 」

「Stay here was honestly great. Check in process was easy. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The resturant/tiki bar had great drinks and great food. Room was clean. Only complaint i have would be 2 rolls of toilet paper and only 1 trash bag in 3 very small cans was not enough for an 8 day stay and paying 2 for a roll of toilet paper was super excessive. We did have a problem once with the microwave was it was a quick fix and the host was super responsive when i let them know about it. We would...
