「Clean rooms, really nice location」

I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. 「This is such a cute place. If we are ever in the area we would stay again. Great for 1 or a couple. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the room. Once you are up there the view is really pretty, a little marina where you can watch recreational boats float in and out. The decor is coastal. Bed is very comfortable and it has most of everything you are looking for. The hot tub should be removed from the listing as it's not really usable. 「I do not recommend this place. We got almost no sleep our entire visit, there aren't real blinds on the bedroom windows - the blinds have gaps and don't block out light. The light from large liquor store sign across the street kept us up all night. The picture I included of the window was taken at 3 am, it's very bright.
