After a year of searching, sitting, and yes… even napping, we finally found "THE ONE." These premium sleeper sofas are so comfy that even adults can get a great night's sleep. We invested over $15,000 upgrading them across our properties, so go ahead—test ours out… you won't be disappointed!

The apartment is located on the first floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor.

No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need to, or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks. We have free parking available for 1 car in an attached driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.

Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 3 steps to get into the building.

The building includes a shared stairwell and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartments are exclusively for your private use.
