「チェックインが２０：００までということで、予定をカットして１８：３０には最寄りの駅に着いたのですが、そこからの交通方法がなくて、知り合いになった地元の女性の方が電話をしてくれたのですが、来たのがタクシーで３００ユーロも払わされたのには参りました。予約時に車以外は不便であることを強調してくれていたら予約はしなかったと思います。(今回は電車・バス利用の計画なので)　また、２０時前に着いたにも関わらず、夕食の準備もできないとのことでビールとつまみしかできなかったことも残念でした。しかし、次の日の朝、帰りには小雨でしたが、リフトで降りる手伝いをしていただき感謝しています。そしてリフトで降りる時ゆっくりと朝靄が晴れていき、今まで見たことのないような綺麗な景色に出会えたので逆に感謝しております。今度行く時は車でゆっくり行きたいと考えています。」

「Had a great stay, the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had and included a self cook egg station. You cannot really walk to the ski lift though. It's a bus ride to the silvretta bahn but the bus stops at the hotel. 」

「Vi ankom sent om aftenen efter receptionens åbningstid. Det var ikke noget problem, da vi bare ringede på klokken og fik hjælp med det samme til at komme ind på værelset. Morgenmaden var ganske fin. Super god service og en følelse af at være en meget velkommen gæst og ikke blot et objekt, der skal tjenes penge på. Vi kommer igen!」

「We cannot say enough good things about the Faneskla and the owners who run it. The property is beautiful and spotless. The location is amazing in a small, gorgeous town. We sat on our balcony and listened to the adjacent brook, and looked at the beautiful landscape. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. We will absolutely return. 」

「Der Stil und die Einrichtung verbunden mit der Liebe bis ins letzte Detail wusste in diesem Hotel zu überzeugen. Die zwei SPA Bereiche, eins nur für Erwachsene, waren stets sauber und vielseitig. Die darin befindlichen Pools waren sehr angenehm und mit den Schiebetüren ein kleines Highlight. Das grösste Highlight des Hotels ist jedoch die Dachterrasse mit einem atemberaubenden 360-Grad Ausblick über die Natur! Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr entspannend und empfehlenswert.
