「Mr Lutz is a exceptional person. He woke up extra earlier to prepare the breakfast for me despite his personal duties. Extreme friendly and helpful person! The stay was a dream! I hope to come soon for my ski trip!!!! I wish Mr Lutz would offer a workshop what customer service and care means!」

「Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück, das Zimmer, das freundliche Personal, das WLAN, der kostenlose Parkplatz und vor allem die ruhige Umgebung waren sehr schön. 」

「Stayed here a few nights when on a ski vacation with our two teenagers. You can tell the hotel was really old and grand by the vaulted ceilings and the "ballroom" which is now the breakfast area and restaurant. Rooms were quite roomy and updated and very comfortable with a nice sitting area, and plenty of room for lots of ski clothes to dry, and baggage. They had a room in the basement to keep your ski equipment and dry ski boots at night. We enjoyed the indoor pool and saunas. Ski bus stopped...

「ホテル全体の印象はとても良かったです。ただ　WIFIの接続が部屋ではできず　公共エリアですら　難しい状況でした。スキー場まで無料送迎となっていましたが　朝は１０時までなく　スクールに入ったりする場合は間に合いません。結局　ホテル前の公共バスに乗るか　車で行くことになり　あまり送迎バスの利点がありませんでした。」
