"The room that was given to me is difficult to find at night because it’s way at the back of the biolding and it’s dark to the alley"

"The location of this Hyatt is great for those that go to the Levi’s stadium. The front desk could be a little bit more welcoming. Only issue really was the wet floor signs are made to blend with hotel and can’t see them. I knew the floor was wet but I almost slipped walking to the front desk maybe having more mat to dry shoes by front doors could help. Other than that we love staying there. "

"Very happy with our stay TVs can use an upgrade and fridge in the room would be a plus. We stayed a couple nights and didn’t have a fridge to store cold drinks. "
