I liked the room it was nice but there is a lady there that works the desk. She’s rude and attempted to charge me for having an emotional support animal there. The dog didn’t spend the night she left with my grandpa. I was fortunate to get my deposit back and we had to cut this visit short so I’m waiting for the refund of two days.

It is hilarious how this hotel responds to the multiple bad reviews that many guests write. Things like: "...we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced...". Don't believe in this hotel "disappointment" for a second.
The very rude Indian lady (she is in her late 30's early 40s) couldn't care less about the multiple complaints. I think she is sort of the main manager. I complained about the noise from the metal stairs (only hotel in all the cities in the area that has a metal stairs, how smart that could be) and she said mockingly "you are the only one complaining about it" (I doubt it). I was promised a room further away from the stairs since this noisy hotel has shady people walking down the metal stairs at 2AM. Even though the promised room was unoccupied the rude manager refused to give it to me. She couldn't care less about any of your inconveniences and this is very easy to demonstrate. Nothing ever changes in this hotel (not for the better). I can confirm this since I unfortunately due to the circumstances was forced to stay here several times. Additionally, you can verify it yourself by looking how the very bad reviews keep coming back again and again with the SAME complaints.
Another hilarious response: ""Please know that this does not reflect the level of service and quality we strive to provide""...Yes it truly reflects that.

TV either had issue or remote didn’t work, called to front desk, was mentioned will tech take care of it
No one bother to come
Manager don’t have quality check before renting rooms
Lamps for connect for power, dead
Shower had only inside liner, so was flying out of bathtub when I taking shower
