"This was a beautiful, clean home with many amenities and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in AZ during cooler weather, but because the house is very well shaded I imagine it would be quite comfortable during warmer seasons as well! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the surrounding area (in Gilbert and beyond) has everything you could need. Chris was a great host and very accommodating. "

"This house!!!!! Seriously the best place we’ve stayed in a while. The location is perfect— close to everything Arizona has to offer. We ate REALLY well, shopped some fun stores (anthropology outlet is 10 min away), played A TON of pickleball (courts everywhere. Nice ones within 5 min with ppl always ready to play), enjoyed jogging in the morning on the paved community trails, also had access to two huge community pools that we didn’t realize when booking (one even had a splash pad for the kids).The house was spotless and everyone was very happy with all the games. The arcade table is genius. The layout was very functional for our large group. The dining room seats 20 and finally a house with KING BEDS! The backyard is like your own private oasis. We did a lot of putting and the private pool was for sure our kids’ favorite. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. Parking was easy with our 4 vehicles. We had the best time and are already planning to stay here for our next trip to Arizona. "

"Good communication with the host. Saw earlier comments about the driveway but we had no problems with our F250 HD truck. Bed was comfortable and everthing was in order. Very quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again. "

"Ashley is a great host. The small farm was awesome with the 2 KuneKune pigs & even her silky rooster was fun as he came to great us as we were putting our luggage in the RV. The RV was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We did have to purchase a small folding stool so my wife could get into bed as she is short & has MS. I would give this 5 stars!! Thanks again Ashley!!"
