Good responses from the apartment staff - prompt and clear Ensure you read the email they send you as it comes with instructions on how to enter your room. Lockboxes and keys for self entry. If you don't read prior to you going, you will not be able to enter."

"Great hotel, the lounge is a welcome bonus, with a variety of soft and alcoholic drinks available between 2pm and 10pm, whiskey, vodka, margarita mix etc. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Don't forget to put your request for room cleaning on the door! Free washer and dryer is very useful. Walkable to everything dōtonbori has to offer. "
