Thr accessibility of the property is great. Everything that you need is within walking distance. Staff were helpful when we needed anything.
However, I can't overlook that the room was very obviously unclean. Sheets seemed to be clean. But the bathroom still had residue on sink and shelving, and urine along the toilet base. Drawers in rooms were not even cleaned out, let alone wiped down, with change and hairties left from previous guests. Bath towels were not left in room, we had to go down and ask for them. Overall, I don't think we would return, as it was a pretty disappointing.
