Abbey of Notre-Dame du Lac

This is my favorite place to stay when I'm in Montreal. Great service, friendly staff, and great amenities.

Great staff, great location. The shower was heavenly. Complementary snack given in the gym after workout. Be careful with a few elevation changes when walking inside the grounds. Park/square across the street is well maintained. Many restaurants available in a short distance from the hotel. The only thing that I think can be improved is that the ice machines are only available on one floor. So we had to take the several trips to another floor for ice. We also had an issue with our refrigerator not getting very cold that was not resolved, but overall a great experience.

Felt like staying at a cheap hotel.
