Exceptional service and in room facilities that almost completely stick the landing. The staff really is on point, from front desk to cleaning staff. Gracious and service oriented. The room itself is grand, tastefully organised, perfect AC (never felt dry), and the softest bed and sheets. The fleece bath robe is out-worldly comfortable. I ding for some minor blemishes, the shower did leak, cleaning staff continually provided only one water bottle, and we had no slippers nor Prive door sign that we had to request for. Minor in the grand scheme.
