「Everything was perfect, from the staff, to the breakfast, to the comfiness of the bed! 」

「The place was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds and the pillows aren't very comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained. The free continental breakfast was ok at best but again it was free so can't complain too much about it.」

「Pros: cRoom was clean and nice size. Kitchen had everything we have it at home except for food. Bed was very comfortable. Staff and valet were very helpful. We arrived to town early and were checked in at 1pm which was nice, because we wanted to walk to the NFL draft. Cons: one side of the hotel is next to train tracks, Friday night we counted four trains and could hear the trains loud and clear. We counted 4 trains pass by our room between 11 PM and 3:30 AM, so we didn’t sleep most of the...

「It was my 3rd time to visit to Pittsburgh. I live in Japan, so don't know detail of this city, I stayed this hotel to see the Pittsburgh Pirates' game. It was little bit far from hotel to PNC Park, home of the Pirates. But hotel staff, room condition and breakfast were good. If I visit to Pittsburgh again, I may stay here. 」

The following morning when I was trying to check out (530am as we had a drive) I waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Knocked on all the staff doors, called the front desk repeatedly and still no on. No where to put my room keys for a drop box.
