「A 5 star resort , great spa too. Indoor pools, hot tub and steam room were serien. Our massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly as well. The main outdoor pool is massive and water warm. The breakfast buffet is outstanding . The staff were always polite and spoke various languages fluently. Our room was very large with a terrific shower. I loved their optional pillow selection as well. The cleaning staff folded our clothes too daily. A nice touch. There are plenty of great restaurants...

「Man muss immer die Relation zum Preis betrachten. Das insgesamt hat man zwar Einbußen wegen Renovierungsbedürftigem Hotel, jedoch haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel hat alles was es braucht und die Lage ist super. Auch das Parkplatz Thema ist nicht ganz so schlimm, Abends parkt man im Ort gratis, tagsüber gibt es die Tiefgarage des Ortes welche sehr günstig ist. Ich kann das Hotel daher eigentlich nur weiterempfehlen. 」

「Sehr schönes und idyllisches Hotel! Besonders die Pfaue, die um das Hotel herumgelaufen sind, haben uns den Morgen beim Frühstück versüßt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war großzügig und sehr lecker, und auch die Servicekräfte waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach einer langen Wanderung war der Wellnessbereich perfekt zum Entspannen und Ausklingen des Tages. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Wir konnten den Zimmernachbarn schnarchen hören, als würde er direkt neben uns liegen.」

「We had an awesome room with ocean view and were treated to champagne and a romantic set up as a welcome gift for our honeymoon. The Oceanside pool and spa was beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffet had great variety and price was reasonable. Staff were friendly and accommodating.」

「This is such a unique beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. We used the private transfer service from and to the airport which we organised through the hotel and it really did make for a stress free arrival. We were checked in early, we had an annex room which was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was lovely with good variety of food. The location is fabulous allowing us to walk to great restaurants and bars and all the sites. We recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir haben immer draußen gesessen. Man sollte allerdings eine lange Hose tragen,da es sehr viele Mücken gibt. Wir hatten 6 Tage lang keine Fernsehverbindung und auch kein WiFi auf dem Zimmer was natürlich sehr ärgerlich war. Auch ein mehrmaliges Auffordern hat nichts gebracht. Am Ende des Urlaubes hat man sich mit einem Pikolo entschuldigt.」

「Our stay of 2 nights was excellent. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had. We arrived early and they were accommodating to hold our luggages while we explored the area. The hotel is located at the heart of downtown a minute away from the famous colorful Madeira sign. Highly recommend this hotel.」
