"We were warmly greeted and when I asked about a room upgrade ~ Evelyn helped us right away! Our beach view room was very comfortable! The hotel is beautiful and so easy to get to! The onsite restaurant was a plus so we didn’t have to leave after a day at the beach. The Tiki bar was excellent and so reasonable priced. It was our first time in Pensacola and we will be returning!!"

"Love beach and easy access. Our room had a shower head that maintenance had to come fix, which was done quickly. Bed was very noisy, sounded like old rusty springs getting in and out of bed. No sneaking out of bed. lol."

"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really great especially the waffles! No beach view but a beautiful sound side view where you could see the sunset. Pool needs work very rough on bottom. The air conditioner in the room was very loud. If we had been staying more then two nights I would have wanted it looked at."
