「Room was clean . Staff was amazing . Only downside - can’t book a specific room . We wanted first floor and we were told rooms can’t be requested . Manager was kind enough to give us first floor the next day and the rest of our stay was amazing . Would not rebook with them again though because we can’t be guaranteed the first floor even though we loved it ! 」
