「Habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias. El servicio en recepción es excelente!! Y como plus el cafecito calientito cada mañana en el pasillo me encanta!!!」

「En el hotel no tienen control sobre la gente que entra a los cuartos. Entro un adulto a mi habitación con una llave del hotel y nunca supieron cómo tuvo la llave. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL A NADIE. La atención de personal terrible ya que nadie se hace responsable 」

「The staff is very helpful, the rooms are modern & spacious and loved they had a dishwasher. They have room service until midnight. Used the gym and it had plenty of machines to get a full workout and nice view of the city, we also used the laundry room, in order to use it you have to pay $85 pesos & they provide token & it includes detergent. Great place to stay」

「I loved the environment and nature around the hotel. But the walls between the guest rooms are too thin and could hear every conversation. We could even hear that someone next door was opening a plastic bag and taking out something out of the bag.」

「The property its self was nice, once we got in the room I started looking around. I can agree with others about the towels being super old. They are rough and discolored they are a gray instead of a white. The hand towels are whiter. We didn’t use the towels because we took our own. The shower had mold and it didn’t drain properly. The toilet would flush but the button would get stuck and you had to push on it some more so it could stop draining the water. I wasn’t able to get photos.」

「Bastante impractico. Hermoso el hotel pero no era nada práctico. Regadera que no cierra la puerta completamente (por diseño), no hay puerta en el baño, tienes que cruzar el baño para llegar a los colgadores de toalla, la cabezera de la cama tenía un espejo por lo que no podías recargarte, el agua de la regadera se traspasaba debajo del cancel inundando el baño, el papel no cabía en el portapapel del baño por lo que es más fácil quitarlo, tantas aminidades en buró del baño que no cabía mi...
