Staffs are great. I've been going to this property due to location.. but I always choose to sleep with out using their comforter. It's just too heavy.. and their bed is not comfortable. I hope they upgrade the bed and bedding soon...

There were a few issues. We had to change rooms twice at check-in. The pool was under maintenance too, so couldn't use it. Other than than that, food and drinks were excellent, and the staff was top notch!

The whole staff was really nice . We liked that it was close to places we could walk to. The rooms need a lil upgrade it was a lil old . On the weekends the guests are really loud at the pool area during night time . Their ac wasn't cold enough and it was really loud also when we we wanted to go to sleep.We didn't like that they didnt have a fridge in the room and a safe in the room also . They have a safe in the front but we felt it would be better in a room like the rest of the other hotels . This is the first hotel that didn't have a fridge and we didn't like that cause we had to keep buying cold drinks since their ice machine was broken too. We couldn't get on the wifi either it kept saying no internet connection .We also had breakfast there and it was crazy expensive for 3 ppl it was $80 and we have never pay that in the united states before we got ripped off! When we got the bill we said never again especially since it was just a simple breakfast nothing fancy . Over all these reasons we wont be coming back to that hotel ever again.

Bad experience

Staff was kind at the arrival, they helped me taking my mom on a wheel chair to her room The bad was after that i ordered food for her and they didn't let the guy pass to give the food to her, they told her she needed to get down to the reception and grab it Also ordered drinks from the restaurant they told her they were gonna take 40 min. Since they were busy, had to call reception so they could sent it fast and they couldn't charge it to the room Also at the restaurant, i asked to added it to the room bill they said the same, they couldn't cus the card was only passed for the room.... The room had an issue in the bathroom, the water ran out from the shower, getting the floor all wet, they couldn't change me to another room
