Hayes Mansion, San Jose - Curio Collection by Hilton

Hayes Mansion, San Jose - Curio Collection by Hilton

10/10 Excellent
"We stood Labor Day weekend, Sunday through Tuesday and Tuesday morning at 7:15 for about one hour. They had the leaf blower going right outside the rooms made it a little difficult to sleep in. On Monday, the Labor Day, we were all out at the pool. There was a lot of people at the pool and nobody ever came to refill the towels. We had to go all the way back to our room to grab a towel for the day. When we checked out on Tuesday, we called the front desk to request a luggage cart. We waited for about 30 minutes. A luggage luggage cart never came when we walked past housekeeping they told us they only had one and that it was being used across the property however we waited for 30 minutes and that was never communicated to us."
