"Everything was great. Our only complaint was that leaving our room, 412 in Baja point, the smell of sewage was strong every day. Was pretty gross. But as soon as we were upstairs it was gone. So it was a hold your breath and go. Didn’t smell in the room either. But next time I would ask to move rooms and it kind of grossed you out when u r feeling clean hah. Pools were great. Towels are available at both big pools which one of been good to know as we kept going to the main pool next door at the resort to get towels and u have to turn them in everyday. Don’t forget. The El Cielo restaurant was amazing. Very fancy and lots of food. Buffet was great also, especially Sunday mornings. Check in was great. If you want hotel shuttle from the airport you have to schedule it in advance. We used Uber everywhere. We also ended up with an amazing driver we kept using that took us to the grocery store and let us shop around while he waited for very little money! I have his number if you want it! Knows plenty of English as well. Bellhop Thomas was amazing and very helpful through-out our stay. The beach is closed and very gnarly waves so be careful even walking on the sand. Jelly fish to wash up on the sand. Beds were amazing as were the pillows, I’m super picky too. Shower was hot and awesome water pressure. Probably best place Ive stayed for that. We used the closet wall safe for extra cash and passports, worked out great. Would definitely stay again!!!"

"My wife, who passed from cancer on 2-11-26, and I have been coming to Los Cabos and Cabo San Lucas for about 30 years. I decided to come back and honor her and our great memories there. Our favorite resort is Royal Solaris. It is not the fanciest, biggest, most amenities or cheapest. However, you are treated like family and everyone treats you with kindness, respects, smiles and willingness to help with whatever you need. From the front gate guard, front desk staff, dining staffs, hostesses, cleaning staff, bar and servers to the entertainment staff, there iare always a smiles, cheer and willingness to make sure you get the most out of each experience while at the resort. My birthday was also on the Saturday while there, everyone made it feel extra special. Palma my waiter at Marco Polo was unbelievable, I asked him to pick my meal top to bottom and he did not disappoint. He constantly checked back to make sure I was okay, through some tears bein the first without my wife. He even came out to talk to me when I was there another night, amazing. The saxophone player must have been contacted by Debra, since he played the theme from Ghost along with many other songs my wife and I would song. David Ponchos was fantastic, again picking my meal and making me feel special. Cardenas was fantastic at the outside bar and the best entertainment guys,una & Tomas, love these two! I met new friends while there, that i will keep in touch with, completed an emotional yet beautiful trip!"

"We stayed for a week for our honeymoon and we were very pleased with our stay. We hung at the adult pool the whole week and it was a very chill peaceful atmosphere which is exactly what we wanted. This is a not a party resort which is why we chose this resort. All of staff were very helpful but especially Karen (AnaKaren) in the coffee shop. She made our morning very sweet with her warm friendly personality. The view from our room was great and the beach in front of the hotel was clean and there was hardly ever anyone on the beach so it felt very serene when sitting on a chair under an umbrella just listening to the waves. We would go back!"
