"It is located in walking distance from Hachioji Station and many restaurant around. Reasonable public bath is located within five minute walk from the hotel. It seems not to offer Breakfast and that may be a problem for some visitors though."

They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."
