「So first we couldn’t find the villa, even the doorman of the community couldn’t help us, when we did find it, they wouldn’t want to give us the key, saying “they didn’t know we were coming”. We had to wait for someone to come and give us the keys after complaining. The villa is beautiful tho, the pool water was extremely cold, so we couldn’t get in it. To check out, we had to call them to come get the keys and they didn’t even know “we were leaving”. They thought we were leaving 3 days after. 」

「I would NOT recommend staying at this property. We arrived at 8pm to the home and there was NO electricity. Not because the power was out in the neighborhood, but because nobody was there to check it and turn it back on with the company. There was also NO water. No water in the sinks and showers OR drinking water. Again, something that should have been checked BEFORE our arrival. When we tried to use the stove, that also didn't work. Turns out there was no gas. Also the WiFi did NOT...

「Beautiful villa, well furnished and equipped, good location. The road to get there is very steep and you have to reverse several times due to the sharp turns. The wifi is very poor and at times nonexistent. The bathrooms could have some basic things like shower gel. Other than that, the view is spectacular, there’s fans everywhere (including the bathrooms). The kitchen is ample and has all the necessities. The water heater was working at times, but sometimes the water was just tepid. All the...

「The house fit our needs very well. The greeting was easy with Angel and Mike listening to instructions.I do wish we had a second set of keys so part of the group could go outand others to the beach and still lock up the property.Angel swept the patio each morning and used the pool net to remove debris from the pool.We swept the floors on days the maid was not there. Kept the kitchen cleaned up. Beds were great and AC welcome at night. The beach was great, shallow, shells, and lovely sand. So...

「Had a wonderful time at Toms home. The staff made our stay memorable- they were fantastic. The staff were so attentive to every detail and we genuinely enjoyed each one of them. The house and location are breathtaking. Beach just steps from the home is spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay 」

「Villa looks better in person. Great location. Good host and service lady. No complaints.」

「My wife and I booked this property well in advance and paid the entire balance upfront, expecting a smooth vacation. Instead, it was an absolute nightmare. We never received the check-in instructions, the access codes, or even the exact physical address of the property. In the days leading up to our arrival and throughout the day of our scheduled check-in, I desperately tried reaching out to the host multiple times via calls and messages. I was completely ignored. The host showed zero...
