「My wife and I booked this property well in advance and paid the entire balance upfront, expecting a smooth vacation. Instead, it was an absolute nightmare. We never received the check-in instructions, the access codes, or even the exact physical address of the property.
In the days leading up to our arrival and throughout the day of our scheduled check-in, I desperately tried reaching out to the host multiple times via calls and messages. I was completely ignored.
