「The rooms, while spacious, seem average at best. There is too much moisture inside and when you turn the AC on, it gets very sticky and humid. The property as such is very well located with great beach access and the pools are excellent. Food was very good too with great selection in the menu.」

「Resort could not find our reservation so not a good start. The drove us to the preferred club and could not find it either. Had us complete check in paperwork and then took us back to where it all started. Food was ok, we were expecting better compared to other secrets we stayed. Staff made a reservation for us to a restaurant that was closed for that night. Not sure we will go back to this Secrets and might be time to try something different. 」

「Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The room was beautiful, very clean and the decor was so natural and lovely to see. The grounds were immaculate, the pools with all the natural rock was stunning and the pool table was a great added touch. The staff were so friendly, polite and knowledgeable that we never felt that we were just guests to them. Highly recommend if you are looking for a romantic get away or just want to get away to relax and recharge. 」

「I arrived and let them know for check in. Although room check in was at 3, it wasn’t ready until 330. Afterwards, the WiFi in the hotel wasn’t working during the duration of our stay and the water in the room was not hot. The room was very clean and the pool had a nice view. Breakfast was good. 」
