「More like an apartment not a condo. U can tell it is older and not as nice as pictures show it is. If you’re looking for something fancy this isn’t the place for you. It’s a roof over your head and does what you need it to do. 」

「This condo was really nice. Tastefully decorated and very homey with the hosts anticipating every need for their guests. A lot of little extra touches. Had some problems with hair and dust on the floors, but other than that, the condo was very clean. Looked brand new on the inside, but the building itself is dated. The concrete walkway that runs in front of this second floor condo is in dire condition. Per my husband who works in concrete, it needs to be replaced.」

「Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed and quiet condo in safe neighborhood that was within walking distance of downtown, several great restaurants and breweries, and historical sites. Free covered parking garage adjacent to condo. Host was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!」

「Very clean, great location, walking distance to any part of downtown. Lots of noise echoing, slamming doors from the other units all throughout the night. Had a visit from a rude repairman to fix the washing machine during day 2 of our stay, from what I can only think was for an issue reported prior to us staying there. It was never communicated to us that this was going to be taking place while we were there. The shower was large and spacious. The water pressure was not so great.」

「I would stay at this condo again if traveling to Lexington. The location was absolutely perfect for walking throughout the city. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Parking instructions made it easy to know where to park a car for the entire stay. I felt safe in the area. A police station is right across the street as well. The bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water in the shower. Very modern decor. Plenty of pots & pans to cook meals. No dishwasher tablets available, so I had to hand...

「Overall, the condo was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Security was exceptional with key codes needed for doors and elevator. Felt safe in the downtown urban setting. Enjoyed our two-night stay but noise from the central heating unit interrupted our sleep. The TV and Wi-Fi worked great and problem-free, and the electronic fireplace was a nice touch. Parking can be tricky and is not on-site but we managed to find free street parking thanks to the holiday hours」
