I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience. Upon arrival, I noticed several issues that made me feel uncomfortable and raised safety concerns about both the property and the surrounding area. For clarity, I have organized my feedback below:- The location appeared desolate, which led me to research local crime maps and discover that this is not a safe area.- The bed frame was a basic metal structure, which made me question its weight limits.- Sheets had visible stains, and there was mold in the coffee pot.- Some appliances seemed questionable in terms of cleanliness and functionality.- The back porch contained soda cans that were not ours and had a strong marijuana odor.- I informed the host that the hallway light did not work; they said someone would come by in the morning, but no one showed up.- The fan and lamp in the bedroom also did not work.- There was no hot water, only lukewarm.- The building showed significant wear and tear due to its age. A good deep cleaning inside the condo would help as well.As a former VRBO host, I value the standards of quality and safety that guests expect. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

It is a section 8 housing building billed ad a condo. Dirty inside, molding bathroom, holes in wall and bedroom door, mouse poop all over the floors. I dont think we will use Vrbo again because of this stay. I feel like your company has zero standards on who you allow to be on your sight.

Here’s the deal

The deal is the property was a great cheap place to stay. It was very clean and organized. The host sent a perfect detailed message the day of with instructions on how to check in. Neighborhood was a little interesting but nothing happened while we were there nor did we feel like we were ever in harms way. Would stay again!

Bourbon Trail trip

Overall, a good stay. The neighborhood looked sketchy when we arrived, but we had no problems. I had a different idea for a condo. This was more of a one bedroom apartment. Check-in and out was easy. Location was great for our daily activities. Close to 64 and plenty of places to eat close by. I was disappointed in the kitchen area. We pay for a cleaning fee yet our unit had mold in the Keurig water tank, oven was dirty, and food particles in fridge door molding. Plus the microwave is located on top of the fridge. We had to create a makeshift table out of kitchen chairs to use it.

Great location

We rented this condo due to its location to several whiskey distilleries. This condo is located within minutes of several distilleries. It is also very close to shopping and restaurants. We ate at the nearby Chilis and the service was fantastic! The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all linens were provided. The neighborhood is not the nicest, but it is very quiet and everyone we ran into in the complex was friendly. The condo is small, but it was all we needed as we were in and out. The only issue we had was one day there was no hot water. We messaged the host and they responded right away that is was being worked on. The bedroom faces the morning sun, so bring an eye mask if you are light sensitive. This condo is located on the second floor. There was plenty of parking and it is easy to find and close to major highways.

Short of expectations

Asked for early check in and couldn't accommodate which I understand. Arrived at check in and had a hard time with the passcode to enter. I didn't hit a button before the passcode. That is not stated on the check in instructions. Figured it out and went inside. Clean small condo. Bed was t comfortable and bedding was very thin. Left after first night as neighborhood seems sketchy

Cute decor & updates but needs more work

Very sketchy area, didn’t feel that safe as a female traveler. No outside light. Whole complex needs lighting & updates, not safe. The outside smells like pot, inside bathroom & bedroom smelled like smoke, sheets were dirty, mattress cover was NASTY, mattress is flimsy & pitiful, bathroom lights didnt work that great- almost dark, minimal hot water, ac unit sounds horrible & diesnt cool that well.

Get what you pay for

To keep things in perspective, for $65/night, we weren't looking for a 5 star place. With that being said, the previous reviews were innaccurate, and photos are mis leading. This rental is "tired". Luke warm water, that host didnt seem willing to care about, stove from the 80's, fridge had crusted food in the weatherstripping. The exterior balcony is in complete failure, rebar exposed, hunks of concrete missing, does not feel safe. Again, go into this knowing its $65/night, and set your expectations for that.

Nice little condo

They have done a great job updating this little condo. Area is pretty quite, next to a neighborhood, and not much noise from neighs. Everything we needed was stocked and ready when we got there. ors.

Bourbon Trail Stay

Stayed here for a quick two day trip to some distilleries. Close to Buffalo trace, and was very nice and comfortable for the two nights we were there!
