「I stayed for 6 nights. The condo was very nice. Clean, quiet, and as a single woman, I felt safe. The king size bed was very comfortable. Communication with owners was excellent. Check in process was easy. I would stay here again.」

「The place was the perfect size for me and the location was very convenient. The parking suggestions were spot-on with pricing (I chose the one across the street. It was safe and only cost $22 for 3 days!) There were 2 small hiccups. The communication and restroom cleanliness piece. I did not get my check-in message on time within the 24 hours prior so I had to call VRBO to reach out to manager. That was handled quickly. But when I got to the apartment at 4pm (check-in was at 3pm) the door codes...

「We were in town for two nights to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. She received her College of nursing pin on Friday then University graduation ceremony on Saturday. Check-in was a breeze, parking was no problem at all, and the downtown location was fantastic. We walked to Carson‘s for dinner and to Rupp for the ceremony. Will certainly consider this property for future weekend stays during football season…」

「We were a little nervous when we pulled in as the apartments across the street look like low income, but that did not have a negative impact on our stay. We found the condo to be very clean. There a few restaurants within walking distance and Buffalo Trace is just down the street. We absolutely hope to stay here when we visit Frankfort again.」

「It seems that most of the VRBOs I've rented in recent years are corporate--pleasant but sterile. This is a beautiful unit in a high rise downtown that really feels like a home. Everything was as advertised. I especially appreciated: 1) A beautiful solarium area for my morning sit 2) Good elevator service as I am unable to climb stairs. 3) Uniformly prompt responses from owner for any queries. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Lexington」

「Serenity Place is a swanky and cozy condo in such a great location to downtown. We had no shortage of options of places to walk and things to do as the condo is right across from a plaza where they have live music on Thursday and a farmers market on Saturday. Restaurants and bars surround the place and our group was very happy with the location. The condo is beautiful and was roomy enough for our group of 6 to be very comfortable. The property owner was very responsive and was a delight to...

Beautiful grounds to walk around, visit the horses or sit by the back fire pit - we didn’t use but it would certainly be inviting. Leslie and Allen were gracious and hospitable hosts. We frequently utilize Vrbo and it’s rare that we get to meet the hosts, so it was nice to met them. Very communicative and ensured our needs were met.」
