「This condo served it's purpose for my husband and I. Very convenient drive to many distilleries & downtown Frankfort. Walking distance to a pizza place, mexican restaurant, & a very cute ice cream truck. The bathroom is pretty small for someone who is over 6ft. That was my husbands only complaint. People on here complained about outdoor lighting- that is not an issue and I didnt feel unsafe 」

「Stayed at this condo for almost a week for National Bourbon Day. The condo itself is nice but the neighborhood I don't think is the greatest. There were some bugs but that is to be expected being June in Kentucky. The couch isn't very comfortable and there could be more utensils in the kitchen but would definitely stay there again.」

「This apartment is perfect. Great quiet location, very green surrounding. We enjoyed it, a lot. The only thing i would suggest is that there is not enough space for a woman to place her toiletries in the bathroom. The owner could maybe, put some shelves. We saw also that this apartment must be very warm in the summertime as the window get hit by the afternoon sun. Otherwise everything was perfect. 」

「I loved that this space was so close to downtown and just a block or two away from busy traffic and street noise. The underground parking was a huge perk. We were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to do, and the space had all the necessary amenities.」

「We were in town for EKU graduatiin there were only 2 washcloths for 4 peoole. My parents said the guest bed was ok but not great. Also we could have used some better utensils for cooking. Great set up if you have dogs. Also great back yard soace with a grill. We will stay here again if we come back to town. 」

「Thank you so much for a clean,cute and easy location. I enjoyed grabbing my coffee in the mornung and sitting out on the patio. It was a bit chilly but you had extra cozy blankets that were wonderful! Thank uou agaun! If back i would definitely come back!」

「Property did not disappoint! We were in town for freshman orientation at UKY and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It was clean, stylish and perfect for our stay. Location is convenient to the university as well as restaurants and entertainment. All were within walking distance.」

「This lovely place exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well equipped, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood! There were several special extra touches that made it so easy…starter toiletries, a few snacks, and lots of K-cups for the coffee maker! Everything is on one level. We took several walks in the neighborhood, and we were within easy driving distance to UK, downtown, grocery store, and dining. If we’re ever in Lexington again, we will definitely stay here.」

「Great property and very secure. Plenty of amenities, comfortable areas for lounging and sleeping. Well stocked kitchen. On sight parking was a BIG plus. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!!」
