"The property was clean and the people were friendly, but one of the reasons we chose this place was because they offered cribs and we're traveling with twin babies. It turns out, they actually have just one pack-and-play (they had two, but one is broken). We had to figure out how to make our own arrangements for them within the limited space of the room, which made for a miserable night having the path to the bathroom blocked by sleeping babies. Also the room stayed very humid and didn't get cool even when we turned the a/c down. When we went for breakfast this morning the fruit selection included a single brown banana and visibly moldy orange. I can't believe I spent hundreds of dollars for this stay."

"Quick stay. Staff was incredibly friendly. We had an issue with our air not working at night but couldn't move rooms (our choice) due our daughter being sound asleep. Staff was very apologetic and offered to get engineering to look at it. We declined until the morning to not wake the baby. They promptly brought a fan to help cool off the room. Room could have used a slightly more thorough cleaning but was not dirty by any means. Would absolutely go back. Golf course is beautifully manicured and pool was great."

"The property felt old and not well maintained. The first room we were assigned overwhelmingly smelled like cigarette smoke, had broken light switches, dirty carpet and mismatched furniture. The room they moved us to smelled better, but definitely felt old and not cared for or cleaned well. I received an email from the manager after complaining about these things thanking me for letting them know and stating they hope to see us again for a future stay. Strange way to attempt to get repeat business."
