Take in all Lexington has to offer from your centrally located private apartment. Located midway between Rupp & Kroger Field, this stylishly decorated home is the perfect HQ for your adventures! Ideal for couples and solo travelers, you'll stay in walking distance to UK Campus & minutes to Downtown. Keeneland is a short 10-15 minute drive & Red Mile Casino ft. historic chariot races is down the street. KSBar & Grille, which often operates shuttles on game days, is across the road.

The apartment building is located in a well-lit and safe area with exterior doors that stay locked. Avoid expensive parking near campus/downtown by utilizing the off-street parking spaces provided behind the building for guests only. (One Space) A few minutes' walk will put you at the nearest bus stop where you can utilize public transportation to traverse across Lexington. When it's time to drive out to explore all the scenic and beautiful locations across Kentucky like the Gorge or Mammoth Cave, your vehicle will be waiting for you there safely. Don't forget about the Bourbon Trail! Once you're ready to relax and unwind, you'll find that the apartment is equipped with all the conveniences you need to recharge in comfort. A large flat screen smart TV is there for your convenience. Utilize your favorite streaming services to catch up on your favorite programs while lounging on the couch. Rest easy knowing that each apartment has adjustable AC/heat and each room is equipped with blackout shades and a box fan which is useful for white noise. Night owls and early risers will also appreciate the coffee maker located in the full kitchen. Whether you plan to eat out and dine at local restaurants or prepare your own meals, you'll be set during your stay. It would be our pleasure to provide any recommendations and tips during your stay. Guests will have access to the private apartment in addition to the
coin-operated washer/dryer units located in the building hallways on both floors which are shared with other guests.

We want all of our guests to have the best possible experience during their stay. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Be respectful of your neighbors by not playing loud music or sound during these hours. We also ask that you Keep volume at a respectful level during day hours as we do have guests who work third shift schedules occasionally. We look forward to hosting you during your stay in Lexington!

Only guests listed on reservation can stay overnight. Please inform us if you will have any other visitors to the apartment. Maximum Occupancy Limit: 6

Great host and location. Not so great neighbors

This apartment was a remarkable finding in mid-Lexington, close and at walking distance to everything I needed to be close to - the UK hospitals and many good restaurants. Clean, organized, and a bit small. Hosts were always willing to help with whatever problems I may have had. The only issue was the neighbors, but I guess the hosts haven't much of a control over that. Many a night, I couldn't sleep well because the guys upstairs were vacuuming (why anyone would do that at 1000P is beyond me), running (? Idk). Also, people were putting their trash in my bin outside, making it spill and a mess all over the back. Anyways. Would still come back if I ever come to Lexington again
