Capital City Condo #4

Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo in our states capital. Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite in the kitchen and new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight while looking out over the courtyard.

Cozy condo stay
The rental was as advertised! GPS did take us to a different parking lot, but we easily navigated to the correct building based on unit number. The king bed was very comfortable and the entire rental was extremely clean!! Bathroom was a little small, but that is to be expected in a condo. There was plenty of parking. You could tell the neighborhood/complex was an older establishment when you drove up, but it was a nice part of town, and the area was quiet. The owners did a nice job on the inside remodel. There were very few neighbors (I am assuming that single bldg was repurposed for vacation rentals only). It was a cozy stay, and we would stay here again. The golf course across the road (Juniper Hill) was fantastic! And there is a very nice water park and playground on the park grounds.

30 anniversary trip
Stayed five days. Perfect for the bourbon trails and finding your way around. Loved it will stay again especially at the price.

Easy + comfy one nighter
Cute little place. All the necessities PLUS some thoughtful perks. Make up towel, toiletries, water bottles & an anniversary surprise! Bed was comfy... good going with the king bed! Water pressure & shower nice. Loved the patio. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely book. Thanks!

Perfect Spot to hit the Bourbon
Loved this property. Perfect place to hit the distilleries. Nice cozy place for two people. We had no issues with the neighborhood. The place was quiet. Nice little patio to sit outside. Very easy to get a hold of the owners. In fact we ran into them when we arrived. Anything you would need is nearby. We will be back. Thank you so much for an amazing anniversary weekend.

Nice place
We had a little difficulty determining where the condo was, but a young guy mowing helped us.It was very hot and humid outside and when we stepped into this little condo it was very cool, clean and welcoming. It was perfect for two people. Great TV with lots of things to chose from to watch. Cute little kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much and we will definitely be back. Thank you!
