The apartment consists of one room, an open-concept kitchen leading to the dining area, a hallway, a bathroom, and a terrace.

The dining area is stylish and modern, featuring a comfortable sofa bed. Dining table, Smart TV, air conditioning, and nautical decor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite recipes. It includes a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, grill, blender, frying pans, microwave, and washing machine.

The hallway features a closet with an iron and cleaning supplies.

The bathroom is brand new and features a shower stall, hair dryer, and a lighted mirror.

The dining room has a double bed with outlets on either side so you can charge your phone, laptop, etc.

A sofa bed is available for one person; it folds out.

The terrace overlooks the pool and features a table where you can enjoy al fresco dining or relax. It also has mood lighting, a clothesline, and beach toys.

The guest has exclusive use of the entire property. Private parking space available; please inquire in advance regarding availability and price. It features a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace. In the common area, you can enjoy the adult and children’s pools, as well as the green space, ping-pong, and petanque.

I’ve lived in Salou my whole life, so I know the best beaches and restaurants—whether they’re tapas spots, budget-friendly, or upscale. I can offer advice and help guests with any questions they may have to ensure their stay is perfect.

The Capellans area offers a wonderful experience; its proximity to the beach and the tourist district makes this one of the best areas in Salou. There are no nightclubs on the street, ensuring a peaceful stay. There are bars, supermarkets, and a bus stop in the area, so it’s well connected.

There are bus stops in the area for trips to Tarragona, La Pineda, and Barcelona, as well as shuttles to Port Aventura. There are free parking areas on the surrounding streets, and you can rent a parking space in the building itself.

In Catalonia, according to Law 5/2017 of March 28, a tourist tax is charged to guests over 16 years of age. For tourist accommodations (ET4), this amounts to €1 per adult per day for a maximum of 7 days. This tax is not included in the Airbnb price.

The pool is open during the summer season: June, July, August, and September.

after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest would leave it:

Example --> Leaving dirty pots and pans in the kitchen, overflowing trash cans, stains on linens or burn marks on the floor, dirty walls, or pet hair. These are examples of poor condition.

We will charge an additional fee of 40€/h if special cleaning is required.

We will charge an additional fee based on the damage caused and the current market value. If an identical item cannot be found, you will be charged the cost of a similar item.

3- Overnight visitors not listed on your reservation are not permitted.
4- Teenagers, infants, and young children are more than welcome, but each must be specified in the reservation.
6- There cannot be more than 10 people inside or on the property at any given time.
7- Guests must respect all community rules and coexist harmoniously with the neighborhood.
8- You acknowledge and agree to the following fees:
a) Smoking: 50€ for each day you smoke inside the accommodation.
b) Late checkout: 20€ if you check out late without prior authorization.
c) Lost keys: 80€ for replacement keys.
