"This is hands down the best Vrbo we’ve ever booked. Lisa has added so many thoughtful features to the home itself to make it comfortable and fun! Stunning views of the ocean (we watched sunsets on the deck), giant TV in the living room, and the Lululemon mirror was great! Kitchen was very well stocked with more than what you need to cook meals/bake. The area is very quiet and serene. Lisa is so kind and responded quickly to requests/messages. My husband and I stayed here by ourselves but the home would be great for a family vacation! "

"Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was very clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for our whale-watching trip — our boat docked just a short walk/drive from the hotel, which made it super convenient. We also enjoyed dining nearby and occasionally drove just a few minutes into town for more options. Although I had read some complaints about highway noise and the nearby cemetery, we didn’t experience any issues at all. The walls were thick and soundproof, and we didn’t hear any traffic throughout our stay. The cemetery wasn’t an issue either — it was quiet and unobtrusive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall, we had a great experience. If we go whale watching again in the future, we would definitely stay here again!"

"Best location in Monterey. I am speechless when it comes to this property. The location, the privacy, everything you could possibly need, this property has. It was absolutely perfect. First evening, we saw a whale from the outside deck, the next morning, seals swimming in the ocean and laying out on the beach. Perfect is the only way to describe this property. We cannot wait to visit again! Thank you!"

"Newly remodeled throughout. All new appliances. There was a little confusion up to check in because we received some computer generated messages that did not apply to our rental property. Because it is so newly remodeled, there were very few spices etc which are often left by previous tenants. The welcome coffee/tea and wine offering was very nice. The living room lacked any lighting at all until our last night and the lamp provided was better but not sufficient. The kitchen is well equipped with most items you would need and a nice supply of cleaning products, dishwasher detergent, etc. The beds and linens are all high quality and very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. The bedrooms and bathrooms are equally nice so there is really no loser in the bedroom roulette. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Of course, the view and location are what you come here for and those are always spectacular!"
