Very clean and size of room is above average for this type of hotel in Japan. I really enjoyed Breakfast Buffet. Stuff and service is very friendly and convenient location made our stay very enjoyable.

I checked in late, but the staff was very accommodating and helpful. I will come back to this hotel. Very close to the train station.

Nice and close to the arena
We came to see a concert and wanted to stay somewhere convenient to the arena and to the Metro. This certainly met our needs. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants and a convenience store downstairs. Would stay again for sure if I come back to the area.

Great hotel, tricky to get to
While the hotel itself was superb, it took quite a long time to reach off the expressway and the area around the hotel wasn't particularly nice either. The hotel complex did have a great assortment of restaurants and a convenience store inside of it which was very handy. The pay-to-use gym and spa were top notch.

Convenient Location
I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the hotel and it was a short walk to Saitama Shintoshin Station and to nearby restaurants and shopping. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a first rate hotel at a very reasonable room rate.

快適なビジネスホテル
さいたま新都心駅に近く、駅から遊歩道で簡単アクセス。上層階にある客室からは新都心の景色がきれいに見える。部屋の広さは一般的なビジネスホテルと大差ない。隣の部屋や廊下の音はほとんど感じることはない。朝食付きであったが、ビュッフェスタイルの食堂は席数が多く、座れないということはない。ただ、メニューのバリエーションが少ないのと、動線が分かりにくいので配膳場所は客同士が交錯する。

駅からの道順が初めてはわかりずらかった。
3泊しました、自分がいけないのかもしれないですが、最初の枕が低く、最終日に入り口に置いてあるのが気づきました。初日に気づいていればもっと快適だったかなと思います。また、テレビの向きが寝た時に違う方向に向いているので、どこに合わせるか難しいですが、個人的にはベット側が良かったのと多くが横になってなるのかなと思いました。またベッド脇にコンセントがあると充電するのに便利かなと。またスマホコンセントが付いてるが古いやつなので使えなかった。
